Grant Young
President, COO & CEO

Grant is the founder of Rival Air, Inc. He is a results-driven professional with multiple years of executive experience in strategic and tactical operations leadership demonstrating a strong history of achievement. With over 15 years of aviation experience including management positions with United and Alaska Airlines, Grant is an effective leader who excels at using established methods and new technology to successfully cut costs, streamline operations, and increase productivity. He maintains a keen focus on quality and safety standards, possesses excellent interpersonal skills and is highly respected by peers, subordinates and executive leadership. Grant earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. in Business from San Francisco State University. He is a licensed private pilot (SEL) and a licensed FAA Airframe and Powerplant mechanic.

Isam Saleh
CTO

Isam Saleh is a biometric and Identity Management executive with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing large-scale system integration efforts within both the public and private sectors.

  Before establishing Identity Management Consulting, LLC, Isam was a Deputy Director of the Ohio Bureau of Investigation (BCI) responsible for the Bureau’s automation, databases, and integrated systems. 

During his tenure at BCI, Isam oversaw the implemented of many initiatives that put the state of Ohio at the cutting edge of technology.  After his tenure at BCI, Isam served as the Vice President of Business Development for Cogent Inc. He was instrumental in expanded the Cogent product line to include Livescan business to cover many state and local governments within the United States. He also positioned Cogent as a leader in the Applicant Background Processing Services. 

After the 3M acquisition of Cogent Inc. Isam’s role was expanded to cover 3M’s Business Development for Identity Management products and services in the US and the Middle East. Isam was heavily engaged in the strategic planning and execution of sales, marketing and public relations activities.  

Since his departure from 3M in 2015, he has been very active in providing consulting service in biometrics and identity management to a government and biometric technology companies around the world.

Pilot In Command/Director of Maintenance
  • We are looking for a highly experienced pilot that is oriented toward future technology:
  • Minimum 1500 PIC hours with recent Part 135 experience. Current certificate.
  • CFI rating.
  • BA in Business or Engineering. MBA preferred.
  • Corporate management experience. (Minimum of 5 years)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with common business software like Excel, Word & PowerPoint, etc.
  • Desire to become integral part of an aggressive, start up operation.
  • Willing to relocate.

  • An individual who is well-versed in all aspects including treasury and tax functions, control responsibilities, A/P and A/R, and fundraising. 
  • Skilled in their ability to assess our current financial state to ensure that day to day decisions are made based on accurate data as well as experienced in future planning and projections.
  • Provide true financial leadership helping to advanced our organization to increasing levels of success.

VP - Real Estate Development
  • The Vice President of Real Estate Development leads a small dedicated team that oversees all aspects of VertiPort real estate development: site acquisition, land use, and zoning analysis; financial feasibility, packaging, grant writing, and closing; construction administration; and permanent conversion and transfer to operations. Extensive experience with federal grant funds for transportation, tax exempt bonds, state/federal capital programs, and mixed-financed deals is essential.
